• Inventory data: the slab and lumber pack records, photos, pricing, and related details you enter.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing details (such as subscription status and customer identifiers) but never your full card number.
• Usage data: basic technical information such as log data and device or browser type, used to operate and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To process subscriptions and payments.
• To display the inventory you choose to make public in your customer-facing gallery.
• To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and important updates.
• To protect the security and integrity of the Service.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service, including:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Netlify — application hosting and content delivery.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights. Inventory you mark as publicly visible will be displayed in your gallery and may be viewed by anyone with the link.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored with our hosting providers using industry-standard security measures. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or cancel your subscription, we may retain certain data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, after which it will be deleted.

You may access, update, or export your data at any time using the tools within the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
